Research & Discovery

One of the first hurdles was managing the expectations of several key stakeholders — the founder, CEO, Head of Design, and Director of Marketing and Communications. Each brought a different vision, and aligning those perspectives within a tight timeline wasn’t easy.

Instead of conducting in-depth user interviews, I adapted my approach. I worked closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to understand the business priorities, design preferences, and the concerns raised by each stakeholder. These collaborative conversations were instrumental in narrowing our focus and setting a clear design direction.

At the same time, I audited the existing site to uncover usability issues and opportunities for improvement. Outdated layouts, unclear navigation, and inconsistent branding surfaced as recurring pain points. Combining these insights with the feedback from internal discussions, we identified what truly mattered to the business and the user. That became the foundation for the redesign: practical, purposeful, and unified despite its many voices.

Define

Based on our discoveries, the primary design goals were clear:

  1. Improve usability by reducing navigation friction

  2. Establish visual consistency across all pages

  3. Communicate ATTIX’s core services and value proposition to users and potential investors

Design

With these goals in mind, I moved directly into high-fidelity design using Figma. Given the tight timeline, skipping wireframes allowed me to iterate quickly and work more fluidly, bringing structure, visuals, and interactivity together in real time.

I focused on creating a clean, modern interface that balanced aesthetics and usability. I explored layout compositions, typography pairings, and colour usage while designing with responsiveness in mind from the outset. Each section was intentionally crafted to simplify content, highlight key actions, and maintain brand tone:

Establishing Design Consistency

I developed a consistent visual language as the high-fidelity designs progressed. I defined key style elements through repeated patterns and interface needs, including typography hierarchy, colour usage, and reusable UI components like buttons and cards.

Bringing the Interface to Life

To elevate the user experience, I designed micro-interactions that add polish, provide intuitive feedback, and guide users through the interface. These interactions were kept subtle yet intentional, aimed at reducing cognitive load and creating a smoother journey across the site.

Hero Section Interaction

The hero section was designed to make a strong first impression while encouraging users to scroll. The animated scroll icon acts as a visual prompt and anchor link, leading directly to the next section for a seamless experience.

Interactive Industry Map with Global Theme

Inspired by a global theme, this section uses animated icons to represent ATTIX’s industry presence across different sectors. The hover interactions reveal labels that help users instantly connect with the company’s international scope and service diversity, all while keeping the design clean and visually engaging.

Leadership Hover Interaction

To humanise the brand and build trust, I designed an interactive team section introducing ATTIX’s key leaders. Instead of static bios, the hover-based interaction creates a lightweight, engaging experience that encourages users to explore each profile at their own pace.

Interactive 3D Globe for Office Locations

To visually reinforce ATTIX’s international reach, I designed an interactive 3D globe. It serves both as a functional map and a brand moment, inviting users to explore where we operate, either through auto-rotation or by dragging to specific regions.

Outcome

The updated website received positive feedback from stakeholders and internal teams, particularly for its cleaner layout that made it easier to navigate and find key information. The improved content structure helped reduce confusion around what ATTIX offers, which was a recurring concern in the old site.
